1. Membership Overview
 
Membership at Perform Studios Academy provides access to a structured training programme across singing, acting, movement and related disciplines.
 
Membership secures your child’s place in the programme and your monthly fee is not based on pay-per-class. Students attend a set number of weekly classes based on their chosen membership level.
 
2. Membership Levels

Membership options include:
 

• Mini Membership (Ages 4–6)

• Beginner Membership (Ages 7-18)

• Riser Membership (Ages 7-18)

• Spotlight Membership (Ages 7-18)

• Principal Membership (Ages 10-18)
   

Each membership allows access to a specified number of classes per week, as outlined at the time of enrolment.

3. Membership Fees & Payments

Membership fees are calculated as an annual programme cost and are divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 
Membership secures your child’s place in the programme and ensures continuity of training throughout the year.
 

• Payments are collected monthly via direct debit

• Parents/guardians can choose a billing date of either the 1st or 15th of each month

• Once selected, your billing date will remain the same each month

• If a payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be processed on the next working day

• Fees remain the same each month, regardless of the number of sessions - this includes term time and holiday periods

• Monthly payments are not a reflection of individual sessions attended
   

4. Timetable & Holidays
 

• A full timetable operates during term time

• A reduced timetable, workshops, rehearsals or social sessions may run during school holidays

• Membership continues across all months to maintain consistency and progression
   

5. Booking & Attendance
 

• Classes require advance booking via the Class Selection Form

• Class spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come basis

• Regular attendance is expected to support progress and group work
   

6. Performance Opportunities

Perform Studios Academy offers opportunities to take part in productions, showcases and performance projects.
 

• Participation in certain productions may require an audition process

• Additional fees may apply for productions or projects

• Priority audition access and reduced show fees will be available to Perform Studios Academy members
   

7. Social & Community Activities

All memberships include access to studio socials and community activities; supporting confidence, friendships and a sense of belonging.

8. Cancellations & Notice Period
 

• Memberships are ongoing and continue until cancelled

• A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to cancel or downgrade a membership

• Notice must be given prior to the next billing date
   

9. Changes to Membership
 

• Memberships can be upgraded at any time (subject to availability)

• Downgrades require one month’s notice
   

10. Behaviour & Conduct

Perform Studios Academy aims to provide a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
 

• Students, and their family members, are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other students

• Persistent disruptive behaviour may result in removal from sessions, if necessary
   

11. Fees & Changes

Perform Studios Academy reserves the right to review and adjust fees or timetable structures.
 

• Any changes will be communicated in advance
   

12. Health & Safety
 

• Parents/guardians must inform the studio of any medical conditions, injuries or additional needs

• Students should attend sessions in appropriate clothing and footwear - as per our Uniform Guidelines
   

13. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals or performances for promotional purposes.
 

• Consent will be requested when signing up to a Perform Studios Academy membership

• If you no longer wish your child to be included, please inform us in writing
